Each apartment offers privacy and security without sacrificing comfort.  Fully carpeted with a walk-in closet, private bath, and private patio the apartment offers all the luxuries of home without the responsibility.  Dining is in a private dining room with a salad and buffet bar. A daily fee covers all utilities, maintenance, housekeeping, and dining excluding telephone service.  Each apartment has an intercom system readily available if the resident has an emergency situation.

Available for the residents use is a full service laundry and a private kitchen in which the resident can serve and entertain guests. Transportation for shopping and to health appointments is available at no extra cost. The residents of the apartments enjoy an exercise room, beauty shop, and library.

Staff, including an R.N. for health consultation, is available to all residents.   Activities and special trips are planned routinely and published in a monthly calendar.  A chapel on campus provides three church services weekly as well a special services on many different occasions.

Coming to live at the apartments is the choice of the resident.  Residents in the apartments must be independent, able to manage his/her medications, access the dining services, and manage the laundry and personal needs.  Payment is private pay.
